I would love to come and hear you play some time. I'll keep checking back to see if you're playing in the Stockton area, or at least on a weekend. Last time I heard you play was with the Eddie Butts band back in Milwaukee. Saw pictures of your son on the site. Can't believe he's all grown up. Didn't even know you had a daughter. My how time passes.

My husband and I went to Gathering On The Green in Mequon, WI with Marlena Shaw and it was awesome! My dad is Jeff Chambers and he plays the bass for her. It was so cool to see him on stage perform! I'm very proud of him and proud to say he's my dad! :) He even named one of his bass guitars after me and the other one is gonna be named Jazzy J. It was a very neat experience for not only me, but my husband as well.

As long time bass fan... Oscar Pettiford... Milt Hinton Ray Brown et... all your playing at the Sonoma Valley Jazz Society last night was just as good as it gets, I don't know how it could get better and your duet with Omar Clay took it to a new level. You have a great way with words as well, witness your biography. In a way I wish I had read it before hearing you play, I would have understood your playing even better!

I met Jeff last year at the 2005 Jazz Festival in Anguilla which was held at the Cuisinart Resort & Spa i think that Jeff has a great pensonality and has a great passion for what he does. Jeff is a dedicated musician aspiring perfection to the details of music. Overall his performance in Anguilla was pleasurable and wonderful and i hope that Jeff returns to Anguilla once again.
